Christmas is confrontational. I'm not talking about the family arguments or the parent having to say "no" to their child's 5th helping of dessert - but the birth of Christ means there is a King who rules not only heaven, but earth as well. Matthew 2:1-12 records two separate responses to this confrontational news - one of obstinance, and one of worship. When your life is confronted by the King of kings, do you stand your ground?
