Will God allow those who curse his name and swallow up his people to continue to thrive and flourish on the earth? This was Habakkuk's question that God answers in Habakkuk 2:2-20. Doesn't God see what I am going through? Does God even care? I thought the Lord ruled the earth, why doesn't it look that way? The Lord answers Habakkuk's cries, as well as our own, by calling us to a life of faith (2:4), and by reminding us that God is storing up judgment for those who oppose his name.
