The Lord loves and treasures his people. However, there can be times when it doesn't quite feel that way. God's people may be suffering from injustices in the world, we may feel as if God's blessings are far off, or even serving the Lord feels pointless and without reward. This is how the remnant in Israel was feeling. Yet God not only reminds them of their treasured status before him but that he is purifying them from sin, even through the hardships they are enduring. Join us this Sunday as we study Malachi 2:17-3:18 and hear from the unchanging God who continues to treasure his covenant people.
