On Sunday, we will begin a new sermon series which will look at the book of Joshua and how God leads his people through changing circumstances. In Joshua 1:1-18, God told Joshua that he would lead God's people into the land that was promised to them and that Israel resisted entering 40 years earlier due to their fear. Moses, their leader throughout the exodus from Egypt and the wilderness wandering, had died. Yet, God promised his presence, his power, and his leading. Since God would not leave them or forsake them, they were called to be strong and courageous. Join us on Sunday as we see how God directs his people.
