As we finish the book of Ezekiel, we will look at the last portion of Ezekiel's final vision. Ezekiel 47:13-48:35 focuses on the land and the city of God. Interestingly, Israel never settled back into the land in the ways described in this passage. This passage provides the people in exile with one last encouragement of the promises of God's restoration. While many things are unclear in a vision like this, what is clear is that the centerpiece of redemption is the presence of God with his people. Even more than the land itself, redemption points to the dwelling of God with us. God himself is the greatest fulfillment of the promise. Join us on Sunday as we conclude this book and look toward God's ultimate fulfillment of his promises.
