My Portion Forever

February 25, 2024 Speaker: Keith Kneeshaw Series: Psalms

Passage: Psalm 73:1–28

Many of the Psalms offer praise to God and call God's people to do the same.  With a celebratory tone, the Psalms extol God for his attributes and his work. Yet, the Psalms are also full of brutal honesty about the heart and mind of the authors.  So this book depicts the real life of faith which recognizes the struggles and doubts of God's people.  Do you often wonder what God is doing?  Do you ever doubt that the Christian life is worth all the effort?  Do you look around and envy the wellbeing of people who openly spurn God?  If you ask anything close to these questions, join us on Sunday as we look at Psalm 73 and the deep turmoil that is possible for God's people.
