In the second week of Advent, we will look at Hebrews 2:5-10.  In this passage and from Psalm 8, we will study Jesus who left his rightful place in heaven to suffer and be afflicted. As he moves from glory to disgrace, he is able to bring us from disgrace to glory.  As F.F. Bruce wrote, He "opened up by his death a new way by which humanity might reach the goal for which it was made."
